How to enable Kudos Boards Cloud

This page will guide you through the steps required for enabling Kudos Boards Cloud for your organisation:

1 - Register Kudos Boards as an Internal App.
2 - Send us the details for your organisation.
3 - Add a link to Kudos Boards in the Apps menu.

Step 1 - Register Kudos Boards as an Internal App

1.1 - Register an Internal app for Kudos Boards via Manage Organisations > Internal Apps > Register App


1.2 - Fill in the App Name.
Select OAuth 2.0.
Set the Callback URL to
https://kudosboards.com/api/auth/smartcloud/<YOUR_ORG_ID>/callback
where
<YOUR_ORG_ID> is your Organisation ID.



1.3 - Click on Show Credentials from the drop down

1.4 - Note the OAuth 2.0 ClientID and Client Secret.




Step 2 - Send us the details for your organisation:
Please email the following details to
support@kudosbadges.com:

1. Organisation Name - as shown in the header bar

2. Organisation ID - 8 digit number

3. List of email addresses for the Admin user accounts - i.e. people who are to be given access to the licencing information.

4. Connections Cloud Region

5. Client ID and Client Secret as per Step 1.


Step 3 - Add a link to Kudos Boards in your Apps menu

IMPORTANT: Only perform this step once you have received a confirmation of your account activation from us.

3.1 - Click Add under Organisation Extensions on the Administration page



3.2 - Fill out the form as per below and click Add

Icon URL
: https://kudosboards.com/favicon.ico
URL: https://kudosboards.com/api/auth/smartcloud/<YOUR_ORG_ID> where <YOUR_ORG_ID> is your Organisation ID.
